About Community Commitment

Incorporated in 1972, CCI was the first private provider nationally to keep adjudicated delinquents at home and out of further trouble, saving taxpayer money that would otherwise be spent on costly, congregate residential care. We are a non-profit youth work agency with our home office in Doylestown, Pennsylvania. CCI contracts with counties in Pennsylvania to provide in-home and community services to challenging teens presenting problems such as delinquency, school refusal, running away, parent/family conflicts and aggression. Teen problems are addressed within the context of their family relationships, school environment and community relationships. Objectives with parents are to enable them to acquire and/or improve their parenting skills and ensure they have the resources necessary to promote and instill more responsible, personal behaviors in their teen.
