Building Community Capacity for Juvenile Justice Reform Community Connections for Youth, Inc. (CCFY) is a Bronx-based non-profit organization, founded in 2009, whose mission is to empower grassroots faith and neighborhood organizations to develop effective community driven alternatives to incarceration for youth.
