CEFN is a grassroots non-profit organization, and our mission is to empower individuals to make a permanent lifestyle change through healthy eating and becoming more physically active. CEFN was founded in May 2007 with a commitment to help older adults ward off their chronic degenerative diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, congestive heart failure, cancer, and other related diseases through making healthy food choices and becoming more physically active. We are committed to helping enhance and improve the quality of people’s lives through healthy eating and living. Since May 2007, CEFN has endeavored to provide opportunities to not only improve their eating habits by making wiser food choices but also to come together for socializing, networking, dancing, and learning the benefits of healthy living through its annual senior gala and health fairs.
