About Community Health Northwest Florida
Community Health Northwest Florida, the area’s only Federally Qualified Health Center, has a 30-year history of providing comprehensive primary and preventive outpatient care to the medically needy, uninsured, underinsured and working poor citizens of Escambia and Santa Rosa counties and surrounding areas. Founded on the belief that all human beings have a basic right to healthcare, our mission is to provide a full range of health and wellness services to all who walk through our doors, treating each person with respect, dignity and compassion, regardless of age, gender, race, religion, circumstances or ability to pay. With 17 locations and two mobile dental and medical units for outreach, Community Health Northwest Florida provided care to 40, 521 area residents in 2017. Today, we continue to set our sights high, remaining focused on our mission to make high quality healthcare accessible to all.
