Community Inclusion Program is a 501c3 nonprofit organization that is committed to improving the lives of individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities by helping them live and thrive in their communities. Our mission is to promote community inclusion and empower individuals with disabilities to achieve their full potential. We work with individuals and families to provide a range of services that support community inclusion and enhance quality of life. These services include individualized planning and support, community education and outreach, advocacy and leadership development, and social and recreational activities. Our highly skilled and dedicated team of professionals is passionate about creating a world where everyone, regardless of their abilities, has the opportunity to fully participate in their community. We believe that by providing individuals with disabilities the resources they need to live independently and participate in community life, we can help create a more inclusive and welcoming society for all.
