About Community Lenders

Community Lenders is a non-profit financial multi-bank lending consortium committed to providing long term financing to organizations to help improve low and moderate income communities. Our organization was established in 1999 and provides financing for projects in the eight contiguous southeastern counties of Pennsylvania. (Berks, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Lehigh, Montgomery, Northampton and Philadelphia). Due to the strength of our 29 member banks, Community Lenders has funded over $67 million in loans to more than 70 not-for-profit and for-profit mission driven entities. Projects have created affordable housing units to support low to moderate income working families, seniors and veterans.
