At Community Management & Consulting, we manage homeowner associations of planned communities, condominiums and town homes. In 1993, Jack Leibert started the CMC office as he negotiated with local service professionals in maintenance, lawn and pool care, legal representatives, accountants, consultants and administrative staff. We meet with the elected community board members to evaluate your community's needs and establish a full understanding of your community's standards and expectations. We manage planned communities, condominiums and town home associations.
