About Community Partnerships
Community Partnerships is a nonprofit organization serving children with mental health issues to be successful in their homes, schools, and communities. Community Partnerships currently provides the following programs and services: Children Come First—An intensive case management program serving children in Dane County with mental health issues who are at risk of institutional placement. Case Management Services—Intensive case management services and wraparound support for children living outside of Dane County.
