CPM was started in 1985 with the idea that condominium management should be accessible, ethical, and proactive. With this simple business plan in place CPM has expanded to serve a variety of communities (to include, Villa, Single-Family, Townhome, Mid-Rise, and other styles of Multi-Family communities) and extended our service area to the entire Greater St. Louis Missouri and Illinois Metropolitan area including Missouri’s St. Louis, St. Charles, Jefferson, and Franklin Counties; and the Illinois counties of Madison, Monroe, St. Clair and Jersey. CPM is a leading St. Louis Metropolitan area management company due to the services we provide and the quality of our management team; which includes a Community Associations Institute (CAI) Professional Community Association Managers (PCAM®) and others that have achieved their Association Management Specialist (AMS™) designation through CAI and the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA©) certification via the Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB). It is this dedication to the Community Association Industry, our use of best practices and the adoption of a code of ethics that earned CPM the Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC) designation; a designation that denotes the exemplary capabilities and standards of CPM.
