About Community Services Project

Community Services Project (CSP) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Since 2002, CSP has worked with individuals to find and maintain jobs within the community. Our mission is to help a diverse group of people (including persons with disabilities, veterans, and Youth in Transition) find jobs of their choosing. Jobs are targeted to an individual’s abilities, health status, and goals. We provide programs and services to help everyone enhance their strengths and overcome their weaknesses. While our focus is to provide quality employment opportunities for persons with disabilities, we believe everyone (with or without a disability) is equally entitled to significant and sustainable employment. To date, we have helped over one thousand people with disabilities in our community. As an Employment Network (EN) with Social Security’s Ticket to Work Program (TTW) and Community Rehabilitation Program (CRP) with Kentucky Office of Vocational Rehabilitation (KOVR) we work with business operators and human resource directors to match individual skill sets with appropriate job placement sites. CSP’s overall goal is to place persons with disabilities into a position of their choosing that results in a competitive and fulfilling employment opportunity for all concerned parties. In addition to job placement with outside employers, Community Services Project also provides employment to individuals with disabilities at rest areas located throughout the state of Kentucky. Our employees exceed expectations. They are recognized by the state of Kentucky and many others for their superior services. Our clients enjoy some of the cleanest buildings in town and know they are making a positive difference in the life of an individual with disabilities.
