Community Ventures is a non-profit real estate developer, property manager and supportive services provider. CV's mission is to work in partnership with neighborhood-based organizations to improve communities and to increase the supply of affordable housing. Where possible, Community Ventures continues to work with its locally-based partners over a long period, carrying out a series of projects to establish momentum for the stabilization and improvement of the local real estate market. In neighborhoods where the private market is strong, Community Ventures aims to preserve or expand affordable housing options.
