About Community Work Services
Founded in 1877, CWS is a highly respected and longstanding nonprofit organization based in Boston, dedicated to helping individuals facing significant barriers to employment, including disabilities, substance use issues, reentry from incarceration, language challenges, and migration. Through comprehensive job training, skills development, and placement services, CWS empowers individuals to achieve stable employment and long-term career advancement.
