We have a a large inventory of parts with us to repair your system as quickly and efficiently as possible. There are times that the very nature of the problem may require the system be repaired in the shop due to the time it will take and the resources needed. When this happens your system will be repaired in the shop and then returned, setup and verify that all systems are working properly. Changing to high speed internet service? DSL and cable installations can be a daunting task, requiring the installation of new modem, network connection and software installation. We can take the headache out of this and get you up and running quickly. Additionally you should have a router installed to act as a firewall to protect your system from outside intruders. Remote service means that a small program can be installed on your computer that will allow me from my shop or another computer to assist you with minor to major problems as if I were sitting in a chair right next to you. This saves a tremendous amount of time when the problem really doesn’t require a more expensive on site visit. It only takes 15 minuets or less to install the service and I don’t even have to come out to your place to do that.
