Companyweb is an all-round IT company based in the Netherlands. We are specialized in custom build IT environments as a desktop in the cloud. To do this, the whole existing infrastructure, or part of it, will be transferred to a managed and protected area in the cloud. This way there is no need to worry about physical servers and whether the backup was successful or not. Backup tapes are history and all data is stored in a large sustainable datacenter in Amsterdam, which is directly connected to the Amsterdam Internet Exchange. The security of the data stored in the data center is controlled by several firewalls and access to this data takes place using secure IPsec connections. The backup will be copied several times a day to a remote location. By the use of this solutions, we can guarantee that your data is safe and recoverable at any time, even if the data center completely disappears by a disaster. The solution we offer is highly scalable and is suitable for companies starting with two workstations to many thousands. The data center from which we offer our services is a so-called tier 3 datacenter and is 100% CO2 neutral by storing the heat production and reuse it for other purposes.
