We are passionate about building… seriously. The Compass ethos was borne out of a recognition of the difficulties that all-too-commonly face construction projects. We’re all familiar with some infamous examples: The Scottish Parliament, Edinburgh Trams and Wembley Stadium to name just a few. These high profile construction projects are good examples of what poor management can lead to: projects running late, over budget, and with disputes amongst parties. At Compass, we’d rather put our efforts into realising projects and outcomes in which our customers and ourselves can take pride. That’s why we plan meticulously and collaborate closely with our clients, focussing our collective energy into projects that end in success.
