He sought out the guidance of a business coach and his then company quickly began to reap the benefits. Over the course of the next several years, Garry’s business coach helped his company increase sales by 450% while acquiring three of its competitors. Profitability was 40% greater than the industry average and he was attracting excellent employees, all while maintaining a more manageable work/life balance. Garry moved on to become an executive for a Fortune 500 company but saw that even they experienced many of the same challenges smaller businesses experienced.
