A compass and a map serve as a metaphor that I find highly effective for explaining the various steps in our coaching approach. While each of our clients is unique, with their own concerns and agendas, the process remains quite similar. We start by gaining clarity about where we currently stand and where we aim to go before planning our route. We investigate potential obstacles, anticipate the challenges that may arise, assess the external factors like 'the weather,' and work on building the inner strength required to successfully progress towards your destination and reach your goals. We strongly believe in a creative and holistic approach. We incorporate the latest industry research, such as Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Techniques, Cognitive Bias and Limiting Beliefs Techniques. When necessary, we utilise various tools for personality assessments. Compass Coaching philosophy aligns with the saying: 'If you give a man a fish, you feed him for a day. If you teach a man to fish, you feed him for a lifetime.' Our coaching approach is all about guiding clients to find solutions that will work best for them in the long run.
