Resolutions, Ideas, Opportunities – A new year can serve as a nexus for change. We at Compass Quest are embracing this idea of change and focusing on our mission to provide opportunity for change. Our motto has always been “Veterans Helping Veterans Find the Way Forward” and we will continue that effort. Continuing into 2018, we will seek opportunities and partnerships that support our slogan: “Pursuing A New Sense of Purpose” This slogan defines our mission. We want to help others find a way to identify a new sense of purpose and fill the gaps in their lives and their psyche after leaving military service. We will continue to provide referral services, mentoring and peer support, but this change of slogan indicates a renewed focus on individual opportunity. Our core programs that will provide this are: Service K9 OPS – Thin Red Line K9 Veteran Art Program – POP SMOKE Veteran Therapeutic Writing Program – PsychOPS Veteran Info and Open Mic Program – VetTogethers Suicide Awareness Programs – The 4-22 Project Veterans Day Program - 20 Kilometer Veterans Day Ruck
