Success has come by focusing on specific Underwriting recruitment – placing candidates from an assistant level up to Management. Compass looks at all classes of business, and helps those wanting to move books or teams. This area equates to about 85% of placements, predominately in the London market with Insurance companies and MGA's. New areas of focus for 2019 include Business Analysts and Insurtech companies.
