Lila is the Qualifying Broker for Compass. She was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico and received her degree in Psychology from the University of New Mexico. She minored in English with an understudy in Spanish and attended summer schools in Xalapa Veracruz, Mexico and San Jose, Costa Rica. In real estate sales, Lila has more than nine years of experience. She obtained her Broker’s license immediately upon finishing the NM Real Estate licensing program in 2002. Having a high regard for education, Lila actively pursues continuing education courses with the idea that, by obtaining relevant certifications, she is better able to represent her clients. Lila’s credentials include: • Greater Albuquerque Association of Realtors (GAAR) • National Association of Realtors (NAR) • ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) • GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) It is an enduring principle of Lila Simpson and Compass that each client and project requires a different strategy or approach.
