Our caregivers are carefully screened through an extensive interview process, hand-picked to represent the values of the Compassionate Care mission. It’s just our way of making sure that when we send someone from our staff to your home, you will get the care you deserve in return. Our Goal: Is for your caregiver to be a welcome sight at your doorstep. Our Mission: Is to provide peace of mind to patients and their families… to fulfill our calling — as a trusted resource for kind, nurturing, compassionate and dignified care. For this reason we go above and beyond State mandates including: - Screening for all of our caregivers, including drug test and motor vehicle history report - We ensure all caregivers have additional liability insurance and are bonded - We set high standards and will only offer assignments to those caregivers that meet our stringent criteria. - We believe in giving back and therefore, we donate 2% of our profits annually to non-profit organizations within our community.
