About Compassionate Self
We are two Certified Nonviolent Communication (CNVC) Trainers, who have partnered up to teach and share NVC, and other healing modalities. We use mindfulness meditation, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) with NVC to form a powerful trio that supports our clients and participants as well as supporting us in our own personal journeys. In 2018, we started an online platform and school where we offer training, workshops, and coaching globally. We continue to offer and run in-person training and retreats in Europe and around the world. We have a special connection and commitment to our home of Africa, and offer annual training, courses, workshops, and retreats in South Africa.
