CompBenTax is a consulting organization that focuses on Compensation, Benefits, Taxes, and HR. We offer our expertise in benefit administration, compensation structure and design, corporate acquisitions and mergers, talent acquisition, training and development, and are proud to provide organizations and associations with lectures on any of these topics, specifically customized for their needs. Founder & President: Clyde J. Robins Clyde J Robins has been involved in the Compensation and Employee Benefits Profession for the past 40 years, with the majority of these years in an executive role. His experience has been in the development, administration, mergers, compliance, and tax issues of Compensation and Benefit plans. He served for three years as a member of the WorldatWork "Benefits National Advisory Board," and for two years on the "Credential and Certification Advisory Board." He currently serves as a board member for the Intermountain Compensation and Benefits Association (ICBA) and on the Polynesian Culture Center's HR Advisory Board. Clyde has a BA degree, cum laude from Brigham Young University, College of Business Management, and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He was recognized as a key contributor to the WorldatWork certification training course entitled "Accounting and Finance for the Human Resources Professional." As a faculty member and technical content advisor for the WorldatWork organization for the past 33 years, he teaches seminars both domestically and internationally on Accounting / Finance, Compensation, and Employee Benefits. He developed a consulting company called CompBenTax and has advised and consulted many Companies on Compensation and Employee Benefit Issues. Clyde is a Certified Benefits Professional (CBP), Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), and Global Remuneration Professional (GRP). He is currently a member of the WorldatWork association and the Intermountain Compensation & Benefits Association (ICBA).
