At Compelled By Love we help transform the lives of the world’s most vulnerable people. As we collaborate with local partners to overcome poverty and brokenness we provide opportunities that empower individuals and communities to transform their lives. Emerging out of an Australian small business that wanted to give back and do good in the world, Compelled By Love has grown to be a holistic aid and development organisation with a focus on specialist projects covering Emergency Relief, Education, Trauma Recovery and Family Support. What makes us different? Collaboration and partnership are key. We partner with local NGOs in eSwatini, India, Rwanda, Sri Lanka who are like-minded in vision and values. We come alongside to offer what we have to increase their capacity so that together, we can help more people and ensure the work we are engaged in is sustainable for the long term. Compelled By Love is an organisation with Christian values and worldview. It is the love we ourselves have experienced from God, which compels us to extend love to others. Love, forgiveness, dignity and reconciliation are Christian concepts that are found and expressed in the Bible and these are key to our work. We do not exclude or discriminate against anyone based on their religion or beliefs, and we do not use tax-deductible funds for evangelistic purposes. The people we work with in our projects come from a variety of different faiths and backgrounds, and as an organisation, we seek to promote a culture of respect, humility and acceptance of each other, no matter our beliefs.
