About Complete Commando
Complete Commando was founded in 2020 by Sam Logan, a Royal Marines Commando. After experiencing the hardships of training himself to military fitness, he wanted an affordable but high quality way of helping aspiring Royal Marines Commandos get ready for military life mentally, emotionally, spiritually and physically. We offer corporate training days/weekends that master team building and leadership in military scenarios that will challenge and strengthen your team. After spending 4 years after Royal Marines service developing athletes and coaching in a high level gym environment, Sam turned his attention to military candidates. Within a year Complete Commando helped 1000+ aspiring Royal Marines and Military candidates all over the world get ready for service life. Complete Commando has a thriving community of aspiring Royal Marines, current recruits and serving Commandos who have been on the Complete Commando programme. Complete Commando isn’t just about giving someone a training plan and telling them to go and work hard. We deal with the reality of service life: leaving loved ones, Commando mentality, what to expect on your first week of training etc.
