Throughout your sessions you will have your very own private exercise zone equipped with everything you need to have a successful, varied and enjoyable workout. Our friendly instructors will support you in starting a tailored exercise and nutrition programme, promote healthy lifestyle changes, advise you on exercise safely and guide you at every step with any advice you need. We do it all…. We offer weight loss, fitness, strength and wedding transformation programmes as well as specialising in cancer rehabilitation, exercise for health conditions and pre + postnatal exercise. Whatever your goal is, we always ensure that education and enjoyment are at the forefront of what we do. Your CLF experience will be entirely personalised to your needs, from the equipment you use and the location of your exercise sessions to the support and advice you are given. We are currently working closely with York’s mental health charity, York Mind and GLL (Healthwise scheme) enable us to make a real change to peoples lives and as a company, that’s what we pride ourselves on.
