Complete Plumbing Contracting was founded by Ben Young in 1997. Ben has over 30 years experience in the plumbing industry and as the company’s Managing Director, his focus is on the development and direction of the company. Laura Baird joined the company in 1998 and assisted in the day to day operations of the company. In early 2018, Laura took on the role of General Manager. Laura provides a strong link between Management, Administrative Staff and the team in the field. In 2001, Ben was joined by his brother Damian Young, who, in the role of Financial Controller, manages the finances of the company as well as associated trusts and commercial interests. Damian utilizes his business analyst skills to proactively manage the company’s resources and expenditure going forward. Complete Plumbing Contracting has always been involved in new commercial and residential construction ventures, and although mainly located in the Melbourne Metropolitan area, has provided plumbing solutions for many regional and interstate locations, as it will continue to do in the future.
