About Component Solutions for Industry

Established in 1998, CSi Ltd is a UK manufacturer of stainless steel welded tube and coiled heat exchangers. CSi Ltd provides engineering solutions to industry and OEM’s throughout Europe and we have extensive experience in this field. We have a global network of contacts, enabling us to source materials and machined components that meet our customers’ specific requirements. CSi Ltd has 4,400 square metres of modern manufacturing facilities based in Thetford, Norfolk UK and Verona, Italy. Both facilities are close to international airports, providing ideal communication and shipping services. Our Thetford facility is close to Europe’s largest container port in Felixstowe, and our Verona facility utilises the main seaport in Venice. In the UK we have 30 employees and our annual turnover for 2009 is in the region of €4.5 M. In Italy we have 10 employees with a turnover of €2M. CSi are consistently investing in new tooling and test equipment to meet our clients’ changing requirements. This has also lead to expansion outside of our traditional hot water storage market, for example Stainless Steel Electrical Conduit. We welcome opportunities to develop new markets requiring TIG welding, the bending of stainless steel tube into components, and assembly. The need for high quality annealed welded products requires a structured Quality Management System and we have been accredited with ISO 9001 since year 2000. We have recently been re-accredited ISO 9001-2008.
