About Compound Paraplanning
Welcome to Compound Paraplanning! I am delighted that you have taken the time to consider working with us. As the founder and leader of this company, I want to take a moment to explain why we started this business and what sets us apart. Our mission is to help Financial Planners and Advisers focus on what they do best - building relationships with their clients and providing them with expert financial advice - whilst we take care of the time-consuming and complex administrative tasks of preparing financial plans and reports. I have been working in the financial services industry since 2011 and I have seen first- hand how important it is for Financial Planners to have the support they need to provide their clients with the best possible service. That is why I set up this business - to provide a reliable, high-quality Paraplanning service that allows Financial Planners to focus on their core business. In addition, we want to be on-hand to support your business in any way that we can. Our experience enables us to support your business in ways that go above and beyond writing reports. We can be a sounding board for your staff, we can support with training, we can be a mentor to more junior staff to support them on their journey, we can create new suitability templates, attend meetings plus much more. If you have a business need, we are more than happy to help find a solution. What I believe sets us apart is our dedication to providing an outsourced service (and all of the benefits that come with that), but in a way that makes us appear as close to being in-house Paraplanners as possible. Having worked as a Paraplanner and Paraplanning Team Leader within directly authorised firms, I understand the benefits of having Paraplanners embedded within the business.
