ComTec's divisions include operations management, engineering, project management, installation, and service. With technicians located throughout the tri-state area, we are well equipped to handle all service needs, including 24 x 7 emergencies, with a response time of just a few hours. Clean agent refills are guaranteed complete and online within 24 hours of a system discharge. ComTec is unique in the industry in that we have substantial inventory on hand to meet these guarantees. ComTec's service and installation personnel are factory trained and NICET certified. Our key personnel have a combined 155 years of industry experience. Our experience and knowledge of our trade have aided us in becoming one of the fastest growing special hazards companies in the nation. We are distributors of the leading control, detection, and releasing systems, including Chemetron, Notifier, Ansul, FireLite, Viking, Reliable, Protectowire, Xtralis (VESDA), SAFE, Detector Electronics, Sensor Electronics, Pyrotector, Siear Monitor Corporation, Janus, Minimax, VES, Marioff, and Honeywell Analytics. We offer the following fire suppression agents: Halon 1301, FM-200, Novec 1230, FE-13, FE-25, Argonite, Inergen, High and Low Pressure CO2, Industrial Dry Chemical, Foam, and Watermist. ComTec differs from most suppression suppliers in that we maintain an inventory of several tons of FM-200 and Halon 1301.
