About Comprehensive Psychiatric Care
Comprehensive Psychiatric Care is an outpatient mental health facility that has served the Eastern Connecticut community for over 30 years. Our goal is to provide our clients with the best mental health care in the least restrictive environment. We function as an independent psychiatric outpatient practice, and we also conduct clinical research trials for medications coming to market. Led by Board Certified psychiatrist Dr. Mahmoud Okasha, M.D., CPC is a team of multi-dicinplinary mental health practitioners who work together to best serve the needs of our patients. Our staff are experienced, licensed, mental health clinicians who adhere to the highest ethical and professional standards. CPC clinicians are trained in a wide variety of therapeutic orientations including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Psychodynamic (insight orientated) therapy, & Child Centered Play therapy.
