About Computer Concepts
Computer Concepts provides quality technology products followed by unsurpassed service and support to residential and commercial customers in theHampton Roads, VA area. With locations in Williamsburg and Newport News, we're equipped to handle needs across the region. In addition, we teach a wide variety of technology classes in our on-site training facility and work with businesses to help them grow using digital marketing solutions. Founded in 2003 as Computer Discount Store, the company changed ownership in 2005 and become Computer Concepts of Williamsburg. The new owners, Will Melton, Alan Healy and Hank Healy moved the business to New Town, now the center of commerce in Williamsburg. The current Williamsburg location houses a retail store, a training facility and a shop for technical repairs. Our staff of 11 experienced professionals allows for a diversely experienced staffed, ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality service, training and consultations for their homes and business computing needs. Our customers receive service at their homes, in our store or over the Internet using our HelpDesk Now technology. Our selection of technology product offerings ensure quality, durability and customer satisfaction.
