Concentrated on marketing and fund raising solutions to increase the net return on the direct mail efforts being conducted. Including but not limited to focus on donor segmentation to maximize the clients return on investment. Introduces domestic and international monthly giving programs to provide long term donors and also increased monthly donor giving through enhancements in the receipting process. Work on finding pragmatic solutions to integrated web and direct mail efforts. We strongly believe organizations need to concentrate their efforts on nourishing the existing donors and cultivating sound relationships with outside vendors. After all, a working partnership with existing vendors allows for seamless growth for the organization and makes the vendors feel a part of the team. We believe on open lines of communications within the organization and work very hard at team building, sharing the vision so that everyone knows why the work they do makes a marked and significant difference on the organization and it stated mission.
