We have been in business since April 2004, just days after Michael's Honorable Discharge from the U.S. Army, and live right here in Stevens County. Michael has been working with computers for 20+ years, and is currently the sole on-site technician for several major businesses in the Colville area. Our mission is to provide quality & affordable computer repair services to residents and businesses of Stevens County. Many in our county are underserviced due to the cost of PC repair. We strive to bring our services, to your site if desired, at an affordable price. It is for this reason that we still maintain an "out of the home" office; it keeps our costs down, and we choose to pass those savings on to our customers. Instead of trying to sell you a new computer, we will fix yours, or give you an honest, unbiased evaluation of its condition. For this reason, we do not sell computers! Our services include PC setup, instruction, troubleshooting, malware (virus/spyware) removal, hardware upgrades / replacement, and accessory setup (printers, scanners, etc,.) Basic data recovery services are also available in some cases. Our technician is friendly, honest, and professional in attitude and appearance. It is perfectly OK if a customer does not understand computers - we will not disrespect them. After all, Michael may not know how to fall trees or drive tractors, but many of our customers do! Everyone has their own special skills; ours is fixing your computer. As for future credentialing, Michael is also currently a fullt time honors student, pursuing his B.A. in Business Administration, specializing in Management Information Systems. He expects to graduate by the end of Fall 2009. We value customer privacy, and are the primary PC repair service company for several local, trusted businesses.
