Comsura is a compliance consultancy for regulated firms. We provide bespoke solutions for the clients we work with. Our intention is to partner with firms, integrate into their place of work and be part of their business. We consider ourselves as in-house compliance. We allocate dedicated time spent at their office doing work for them and them only. As ‘in house compliance,’ it is our job to ensure the compliance framework and overall compliance programme are fit for purpose and specific to the clients we work for. We don’t take a tick-the-box approach of one size fits all. We can help at any level: for the smaller firms who don’t have a dedicated compliance person but need some dedicated compliance support or for the larger firm who have everything in place but doesn’t have the time to ensure the day-to-day compliance activities are getting done. We recognise the blurred lines of compliance, and we don’t say, ‘We can’t’ or ‘we don’t do that’. We understand small firms need to be nimble and able to crossover roles and responsibilities. Our experienced team know a lot about compliance, we know we don’t know everything, but we know how to find the answers you need.
