Comsurv Consultancy is a multidisciplinary consultancy designed to support and enhance the recruitment and delivery of complex construction projects. We bring a wealth of joint experience working within the construction industry spanning across water, rail, demolition, aviation, highways and building sectors. We provide a dynamic, multifaceted approach to consulting incorporating commercial management, risk management, planning, operational support, recruitment support and mentoring. We work with clients, contractors, recruiters and candidates to implement our core service framework of: • Consulting Services including stakeholder consultations, costs plans, feasibility studies and value for money reports. • Project Delivery Services including tendering, procurement, contract administration, change management, planning, delay analysis and risk management. • Technical Recruitment Screening which is a new process assisting with candidate selection via our assessment criteria, interview preparation and technical assessments prior to placing candidates. • Development Programme including chartered status support, CV workshops and behavioural interview preparation.
