We often saw that in responding to change it wasn’t necessarily business strategy that caused the challenges, the real pain point was in the delivery. Business executives would say ‘we understand what we need to do, but how are we actually going to make it happen, and how do we ensure our people embrace it and believe it too?’ We wanted to provide a different approach to traditional consulting services. Comutiq was formed as a consulting network of experts in their domain, with significant operational experience gained at senior levels in industry and commerce. Our mix of skills is diverse, however, there is one key skill that defines us all: operational delivery. In short, we all come from the same organizational culture, one that got things done.
