Michael Comyn and Simon James welcome you to our bespoke residential Estate Agency selling town and country properties in West Sussex. With 50 years combined experience in the property market we know only too well that every home is different and that one size does not fit all when it comes to successful marketing. At Comyn and James all aspects of marketing and sales are supervised by the Directors themselves thereby assuring you of a professional and courteous service with a unique personal touch. Our local office is in Pulborough on the edge of the South Downs National Park in the heart of West Sussex with a national presence courtesy of our Associate London Office in Park Lane, London. This gives Comyn and James an integral local and national service to fully promote properties to a wide range of potential buyers throughout the country. Both Michael and Simon work and live in the local area and have extensive knowledge of marketing town and country property in West Sussex and beyond. Michael has worked in residential and country house sales locally for many years having previously been a Director of John D Wood in London. Simon came to Sussex in 1965 and is a well established member of the local community with over 20 years experience in the local property market.
