About Concedo

Concedo was established as an exploration company in 2006 and pre-qualified as a licensee on the Norwegian Continental Shelf (NCS) in 2007. In the period from 2008 to 2023, Concedo was a pure exploration company and participated in 22 exploration wells, of which 11 were discoveries. In 2023, Attica Exploration AS, a company owned by members of the Lundin family, acquired the majority of the shares in Concedo and expanded the company’s strategy. In 2024, Concedo took the step from being a pure E (exploration) company to becoming an E&P (exploration and production) company by acquiring a 20% interest in the producing Bøyla field. Concedo is continuing to pursue further potential acquisitions of producing assets. Building on this momentum, Concedo has decided to embark on the next step as an active and ambitious oil company on the NCS by seeking pre-qualification as an Operator. The objective is to achieve this milestone by the end of 2025.
