CONCEPCIÓ BY NOBIS In June 2021, Nobis Hospitality Group will open a new boutique hotel in Palma de Mallorca, Spain. The hotel, also hosting a bar and a restaurant, is housed in a historical building dating back to the 16th century. The location at Carrer de la Concepcion is right where the charming Old Town blends together with popular Santa Catalina. The unique building from the 16th century has up till today functioned as a hospital, a marketplace for local olive oil, and perhaps for what it is mostly known as, a soap factory. Recently, the building played host to two popular tapas bars. 31 rooms are comfortable and beautifully designed, with timeless materials and high-quality design pieces. The transformation of the landmark building is done together with architects at Wingårdhs, under the leadership of prominent Swedish architect Gert Wingårdh. The design concept is vintage meets modern - defined by local influences, the integrity of the buildings original structure and the unique Nobis-style interpretation of quality.
