Established in 1975 Concept has 40 years of experience in sheet metal working, and with some of the largest laser cutting and folding capacities in the UK, Concept thrive to stay ahead of the competition. Here at Concept we have dedicated and experienced Staff to help you from enquiry straight through to manufacture. We have an in-house CAD and Maintenance team to ensure that we remain working at optimum efficiency and operate using Progress plus giving us full traceability on all of our jobs. Laser Cutting: 10000mm x 2000mm 4Kw fibre laser 4000mm x 2000mm 6Kw fibre laser Punching: 8000mm x 1525mm bed with a 33 tonne turret punch and 4Kw laser. 50 tonne Geka punch. Press Braking: With 7 operating presses including 2 tandem presses, we can press brake up to 9000mm long with up to 640 tonne pressure. Rollers: 3000mm long pyramid rollers. Guillotine: 4000mm long and up to 3mm thick Concept also offer basic drilling and tapping, bevelling and welding for mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium. We also offer several subcontract services such as powder coating, plating, plasma cutting and water jet cutting.
