We are based in Wellington, New Zealand, but our unique service allows you to obtain professional architectural designs from anywhere in the world. We specialise in concept designs for your home renovation, new build, or commercial projects. Because of our remote e-design structure, we can offer you these high quality specialist architectural services without the price tag. We are focusing on the concept design stage of a project providing the service of an architect but at a more affordable price. We believe that a lot of value could be added during the initial stage of a project, coming up with a cool idea and architectural look. We also provide beautiful 3D images so you can easily visualise the concept early on. We also believe that significant cost savings could be made by documenting the project from the developed design stage with a capable local draughtman. We have provided 3 different price packages with a fixed fee that we hope, will provide an affordable design service that would create high level bespoke architectural design. Our aspiration is to make good design affordable and tailored to each client's aspirations. At the end of the service the intellectual property is owned by the client and you will have the freedom to document and build the project in the most cost effective way that suits you. We also provide the option to provide the full 3D model in sketchup so you can visualize and forward to your selected draughty to document the project.
