About Concepts 3D Systems

As a team of passionate 3D printing enthusiasts, we've faced our fair share of frustrating setbacks with slow printing speeds, wasted resin due to failed prints, and the time and material-consuming process of determining optimal printing parameters. That's why we decided to embark on a journey to develop a 3D printer that would solve these pain points and bring value to our fellow makers and creators. With years of R&D and over 40 printers built, Nico Martin has been leading this project since 2012. In 2020, Pascal Wistinghausen, with his 5+ years of experience in 3D printing and embedded systems engineering, joined the team to bring his expertise to the project. Together, we're proud to introduce the first Athena Smart Resin 3D Printer, designed with the consumer market in mind. Our printer can be used for creating TableTop Gaming models, Prototypes, Figures, Art models, and functional parts such as gears. And we're not stopping there - we have a Prosumer model in the works, with a focus on the Dental, Medical, and Jewelry markets. Our main customer segments include the Midrange Consumer Market, Tabletop Gaming, 3D Printing Farms/Stores, and 3D Sculptors, each with unique goals, interests, and behaviors.
