ConceptV are the intersection of innovation and simplicity, driven by a vision to redefine collaboration in the property design and development industry. Founded in 2018, our journey began with a singular mission: to address the pervasive challenge of communication in design, identified through a personal experience that highlighted the inefficiencies behind 30% of all construction waste and over $400B every year fixing avoidable mistakes. This ambitious mission has since evolved, underpinned by seven years of deep Research and Development across the behavioural economics, cognitive philosophy, data science and the broad gamut of property economics. ConceptV is a research-oriented technology innovator, committed to transforming market mechanics. We are achieving this by converting agnostic design files, software, and documentation into evolving, universally understandable and information rich virtual environments. Our technology eclipses traditional limitations of VR, AR and virtual tours. It facilitates a comprehensive suite of collaboration tools and integrations designed to streamline workflows, enhance decision-making, and avoid waste. Our founding philosophy is rooted in the belief that better technology should be inclusive, minimally disruptive, and not be confined to a single application. Instead, we are dedicated to delivering dual benefits to the property industry: simplifying communication and information sharing, and elevating the collective outcomes of our ecosystem. Over the years, ConceptV has collaborated with dozens of firms, engaged over 41,000 users, and undergone more than 60 iterations of our technology. This relentless pursuit of excellence is driven by 5 requirements: our solution must be intuitive, seamless, accessible, affordable, and accessible. Our R&D phase ended in 2023 having met these requirements. 2024 marks the beginning of a commercialisation roadmap 7 years in the making.
