Concord Housing + Redevelopment owns and manages 262 public housing units, administers the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program and makes home ownership a reality for many of our residents through our Home Ownership Program. We’ve been making a difference by administering subsidized housing programs, through federal funding from the Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) for more than 50 years.
