To be "concord" is to come into wholeness, integration, and dynamic equilibrium. The concord state emerges when (1) people know how they contribute and where they belong, and (2) the right systems and processes fit their intended function and are properly integrated. Concord helps leaders and organizations confront points of chaos and find that concord state - developing the fitting mindsets, behaviors and infrastructures to become missionally-aligned, effective, caring, welcoming, and resilient. The Concord Leader approach is to focus on root issues, the big things that prevent optimization. This narrow focus helps clients emerge more effective, inspired, and engaged, often in less time. Concord Leader diagnoses each group's focus-issue(s) and co-creates a solution that may include strategic consulting, coaching, and specialized training, whether online or on-site.
