About Concorde2
Concorde2 is Brighton's award winning Live Music Venue & Nightclub, nationally recognised as one of the UK's most forward thinking venues and proudly an independent, family run business. For over two decades Concorde2 has stood at the forefront of musical innovation. Widely recognised as Brighton's premier live music venue and night club, and often quoted as one of the greatest venues across the country, it has played host to some of the greatest bands the world has ever seen. Oozing with character and style, Concorde 2 is a classic Victorian building, originally used as tea rooms in the 1800's. In the 1960's it became a notorious bikers cafe and in the 1970's an amusement arcade, before it was eventually transformed into all its current glory in 2000. The venue is home to a state of the art L-Acoustics sound system, lighting systems and a continuously plays host to a diverse cross section of events throughout the year. Concorde2 is programmed over 3 rooms with a comfortable capacity of 600, operating 7 days a week, 365 days a year, which is available for private hire for both live gigs as well as club nights.
