About Conditioned Air Design,Inc
Conditioned Air Design. Inc. was incorporated in August of 1968 by its founder Larry Charles. The company began its business in a small warehouse in Franklin, WI. Utilizing the work values we still hold to this day we were able to provide quality heating and air conditioning services to the area, gaining loyal customers in the process. In 1971 we had grown substantially and moved to a 3,500 square foot facility to keep up with the growth. By 1981 we made another move to our current facilities. Since then three additions have been added to the facility. Thanks to our employees, we continue to experience steady growth to this date and are one of the major players in the Southeastern Wisconsin HVAC Industry. Since 1968 we have been putting our customer service and dedication at the helm of our operating principles. This has allowed us to continuously grow along with our client base. We take pride in the fact that the same customers we had 50 years ago are still with us. Unlike other competitors, we fully specialize in commercial HVAC solutions. This makes us better prepared to handle your project than one-stop shops. From service to design to installation, we are fully equipped to handle any HVAC problem you might come to us with.
