About Condon Claims Management
Having found its origins in Louisiana in 1997, Condon Claims Management (CCM) opened its UK office in 1999 in response to market demand for a TPA to handle construction business placed in the London marine market. Since that time, we have grown controllably and steadily, whereby we are now performing TPA services for numerous large UK and US insurance carriers on primary and excess general liability, construction, hull, P&I, and MEL programs. Due to market demand, CCM opened its office in Houston in August 2006, to work in unison with our New Orleans office in maritime liability claims. In February 2007, our parent company opened an office in Miami, Florida, predominantly to handle hull, medical and liability claims on cruise lines and yachts. In 2018, again due to market demand, and to provide an active presence throughout the Gulf of Mexico, we opened our office in Lafayette, Louisiana. And in December 2024, to give CCM a national presence in the USA, we opened our latest office in Fairhaven, Boston, Massachusetts. Our UK office is accredited with Lloyd’s of London and the International Underwriting Agency (IUA) in London. This allows CCM to collect claim payments from London insurers directly through the Central Accounting Scheme, that was once only available to London brokers. CCM was the first non-broker to achieve this position in over 300 years of Lloyd’s history.
