It is my mission to ensure that all students receive the fullness of life. This means that systems and system leaders take a holistic, student-centred approach to education, giving students the best possible chance to thrive in an increasingly complex world. I believe that by helping school leaders, parents, students and communities to work in partnership we are determining the type of world we want to live in now, and into the future. Founder and Director David Condon has 48 years of experience in both Government and Catholic Education in a variety of settings throughout regional and rural Queensland and New South Wales. He has been responsible for the operation of 45 schools, educating 18 000 students and employing 2 500 staff. When working with David you gain his experience, insight and leadership as you work together to create a student-centred approach to education. Empowering I am dedicated to bringing a lifetime of educational experience at the highest level to: Empower and support educators who can then empower and support students. I know that students learn best when they are listened to and have unique perspectives on learning, teaching and schooling and I believe they should have the opportunity to actively shape their own education. Build the capacity and capabilities of school leaders. Skilful leadership on the part of principals and teachers is essential if schools are to become communities of learning for both students and educators. Enhance the educational environment through true partnerships involving the school, home and community. It takes a village to raise a child, so when parents and schools work together to build a culture of shared leadership and responsibility for student learning and wellbeing, children do better and schools get better.
